Rich Rodriquez coaching Michigan, this could be interesting. I hope Levitt doesn't get lured away to big money as well....!!

Leavitt isn't a big game coach. Most top programs are figuring this out, and that's why he really hasn't been considered for any vacancies this season. He collapses on a national stage i.e Rutgers Thursday night game when they were ranked #2. Once he gets over that hurdle, I see him going to UM ('Canes) and trying to right that sinking ship. As far as Rich Rodriguez going to Michigan - meh - big deal. The Big 10 is full of big fat slowpokes. His offense will be largely ineffectual until he gets his players in, and then maybe you'll see speed in the Big 10 - MAYBE...Keep in mind most kids from the south - where speed is king - aren't inclined to go play in gloomy, bitterly cold, dirty places like Columbus or Ann Arbor. I see a plethora of roadblocks there as far as recruiting those players he'll need to produce the offense he has at WV. I mean, let's face it, where would you rather go? UF where the average temp in November hovers between 65-80 degrees always clear and sunny rarely if ever rains, or Ann Arbor where it's 20-30 degrees, rainy and cloudy 4-5 days a week? Don't look for anything but the same ol same ol out of Michigan, regardless who the coach is. Bad hire on their part as far as I'm concerned, he'll never get the players up there in the slums of Ann Arbor to run his offense - which really isn't that great anyway. He, like Leavitt, is also good for choking in big games (Pitt)..Let's face it, after we crush Michigan in the Capital One Bowl, and LSU decimates O(verrated)SU in the BCS Title game, hopefully, we can finally put the Big 10 and it's weak schedules, slow players, and "traditions " to bed. In my opinion Michigan and O(verrated)SU are exactly what Notre Dame is - historic, full of self serving national championships, yet somewhat meaningless and irrelevant in todays game...
