...The slow, fat, weak, and scared wimps of O(verrated)SU get pummelled by an SEC team...AGAIN Lets get some early score predictions going shall we? I'll go first:
LSU - 52
SLOWhio State Overrates - 10
Les Miles won't call the Tigers off the Suckeyes. O(verrated)SU will once again be exposed as an undeserving, hyped up, paper champ. LSU isn't Akron State, Kent State, Youngstown State. Odd how they - the peanuts - keep popping up in the BCS Title Game. Hopefully, after they're massacred again this year, maybe voters and the media will stop heaping tons of respect on a program that perenially has a 70-90th ranked strength of schedule, and plays in a conference filled with less than .500 teams. Florida will also get to pound another Big 10 "powerhouse" this year as well. I think we're going to play Michigan in the Capital One Bowl. Hmmmm. Nothing like puppies and Bloody Marys for New Years Day lunch .

| Isn't there going to be some Bullish team cleaning up Gator leftovers at the Sun Bowl this year? I say: pretty good for the locals. |

Mary,
If no one in the band wants them. You might want to contact Bernie O'Brien at the pub because he may know of someone who would want to buy them. |

Gino, is it true that we can vote somehow via internet to ESPN for Tebow for the Heisman? Does this actually do any good?
BTW, neither Tebow nor Groethe have ever won a game against the mighty Emory Lab Rats. |

The voting for The Heisman Trophy is limited to sports writers, coaches, and former Heisman winners. The poll on BIASPN.com and SI.com are just internet polls, however, don't think they are given credence. In the days of instant punditry; be it politics, religion, or sports - do not think they (Heisman voters) didn't look at SI's poll or some other poll before casting their vote. I think the Heisman will lose all relevence should they not give the award to Tim Tebow because he is an underclassmen. The kid played the 9th hardest schedule in the nation (versus Hawaii's 137th ) the hardest schedule of any of the candidates btw, well, McFadden/Arky's is close at 21st, and where is that kids? That''s correct, Arkansas. What conference is Arkansas in, boys and girls? Correct again, The SEC. He put up stunning numbers, became the first 20/20 q.b in the history of NCAA football, he has close to 4,000 yds and 51 t.d's - well, he's at 51 t.d's now. Keep in mind we play a Big 10 team in the Capital One Bowl on January 1st. Think about this; if Chris Leak could lead last years offense to 41 points over the Big 10's premier team -my favorite punching bag - O(verrated)SU - think what Tim Tebow will do to a Big Ten team that lost to Appalachian State ...This kid may have 60+ t.d's when the bowl game is over.

...We were pitiful, weren't we? Wow. Outplayed on both sides of the ball. I guess our defensive coordinators forgot how to call a blitz, and make adjustments. Not to mention the OL collapsing play after play after play in the 3rd and 4th quarters, and no R.B's or T.E's to stay in the backfield and maybe do a little thing called "blocking" - which is kind of important in this game we call football ..Maybe if we had SS's or DB's that could cover mediocre receivers we'd have won. Generally 35 points is enough to win a football game - especially against a big 10 team. However, when you're getting torched on the long ball and giving a q.b - even a subpar or mediocre one - all damn day to throw, games get out of control. Our defense has regressed. They looked more inept than any Florida Gator defense I've ever seen - including Zook coached teams. Zook coached teams you knew that 9 times out of 10, he'd call a really dumb play at a critical time and cost us a game OFFENSIVELY. This team, this year, in situations like 3rd and 34 or something ridiculous like that, haven't been able to hold ANYONE. Yes we have a lot of freshmen, they're young and blah blah blah . But they haven't improved, there was some signs of hope during the FSU game, but that momentum seemed to all but disappear on Tuesday. Also a thing I noticed was the lack of discipline out of our players. From the pre-game fracas, to the stupid personal fouls, we looked like a desperate team, almost Miaimi Hurricanish, if you will. We were outplayed plain and simple Michigan was motivated, and the better team Tuesday, no doubt about it. Now, one complaint I do have other than the lousy play of our defense, OL, play calling, lack of preparation, was (and I do this at the risk of sounding like a "crybaby" ) was the officiating. I mean come the heck on. The holding Michigan got away with was brutal all game long. The personal fouls they got away with was absurd. Not to mention the phantom "illegal substitution" call we had that took away a touchdown ..ACC refs. Man, they suck. They looked almost as confused as our defense and offensive lines ..Oh well..Can't wait for August 31st 2008. So I can put this nightmare out of my head.

...One more thing. I didn't have a single bloody mary New Years Day. I woke up COVERED in hives. Aimee thinks some of the champagne I drank may have had raspberries in it. I didn't taste raspberry, but I don't like champagne and drank it only to be social, kind of holding my nose as I swallowed. I've been covered in hives for 2 days - hence our absence from practice last night. _________________ Radical islam is an insane death cult that seeks to destroy civilization and conquer the world..
