Open for business....Well. We did it. We opened yesterday morning with little advertising, and very little fanfare, and we were slammed from 11:00 a.m to 7:00 p.m., feeding 100 customers  The franchisors told us that we had the best first day of all stores in the franchise. Each Tampa Bay Pipes and Drums member will receive a 10% discount on your total bill from now until our grand opening March 8th.

Seriously......Congrats to You and Aimee on the opening and being numero uno (number one for those Spanglishly challenged), in all the franchises. This sounds like a good omen to start off like this.
Good Luck to the both of you, it couldn't have happened to two nicer people. I will try to pay you a visit ASAP.
